Breaking: Judges dismiss 'excessive' jail sentence complaint from Cassius Turvey’s killer

One of the men convicted of killing Perth teenager Cassius Turvey has failed in his appeal against his nine-year jail sentence, which he claimed was "manifestly excessive".
