Brazilian volleyball now requires genetic testing for female athletes

The Brazilian Volleyball Confederation (CBV) announced that only athletes of biological female sex will be allowed to participate in competitions organized by the entity. The new policy was published Friday (Aug. 14) on the confederation’s website.
