Brazil’s Petrol Now Has 32% Ethanol. The Saving Is Half a US Cent a Litre.
Brazil's mandatory ethanol share in regular petrol rose from 30% to 32% on 1 August 2026, a change the government expects to cut pump prices by about R$0.03 a litre.
