Brazil Enacts Mercosur E-commerce Agreement Into Law

Brazil's president has signed a decree to enact the Mercosur e-commerce agreement, removing customs duties on digital transmissions within the bloc. The move also strengthens consumer protection and e-signature recognition across member states.
