Boy, 17, charged with attempted murder following Cheetham Hill stabbing

NewsGreater Manchester NewsCheetham HillPolice were called to Spender Avenue on July 2709:22, 10 Aug 2026A 17-year-old boy has been charged with attempted murder following reports of a stabbing in Cheetham Hill.Police were called to Spender Avenue at around 6.10pm on Monday, July 27, as paramedics treated a man in his 40s for suspected knife injuries. He was rushed to hospital in a life-threatening condition.The victim is now stable in hospital, Greater Manchester Police said previously.
