Boy, 13, killed and woman hospitalised in motorway collision
The teenager was pronounced dead at the scene (Picture: National Highways) A teenage boy has died and a woman was taken to hospital following a two-vehicle collision on a motorway. Emergency crews, including the air ambulance service, responded to reports of a crash between junctions 16 and 17 on the M4 in Wiltshire on Saturday night. It is understood that a Toyota vehicle collided with a Renault van. The boy, 13, was pronounced dead at the scene while the woman was taken to hospital. Both were passengers in the Toyota, police have said. Neither of the vehicles’ drivers were seriously injured in the collision.
