Boy, 13, critically wounded after being shot by 9-year-old in Fuller Park

A 13-year-old boy is in critical condition after being shot by another child on Friday afternoon in Fuller Park. Police said a 9-year-old boy was inside a home in the 4200 block of South Wells Street with a firearm. He reportedly fired one shot around 4 p.m. on Friday, hitting a 13-year-old boy in the shoulder.
