Bomb squad carry out ‘controlled explosion’ of unattended car close to London Eurostar terminal

The “controlled explosion” of an unattended car outside a London station led to the station being evacuated and services being delayed. Emergency services attended the area around St Pancras Station in central London on Tuesday. The Independent understands the station was evacuated briefly. On X, TFL access said about the Kings Cross St Pancras tube station 2.39pm: “Main and North Entrance/Entry closed due to an unattended vehicle at the request of Metropolitan Police.
