Body of missing youth recovered from Chaliyar river in Kerala

A coordinated search operation by a specialised scuba diving team on Wednesday recovered the body of a 23-year-old who went missing after a country boat capsized in the Chaliyar river near Mavoor around 12.30 a.m. the same day. The deceased was identified as Basil, a resident of Mavoor, the police said.According to police sources, the incident occurred near Poolakkode when a three-member group was engaged in fishing.
