Blue Jays’ Barger to have surgery, miss rest of season with elbow injury

Addison Barger’s season is over. It was announced Friday evening that the Toronto Blue Jays outfielder will have surgery on his right elbow which will sideline him for the rest of 2026. He will finish the year with just nine games played.
