Birmingham shop worker sacked on first day after selling knives to 15-year-old

Mohammed Anwari, 25, was working at Elims Green Grocery Ltd, on Curdale Road, when he sold a pack of six kitchen knives to a 15-year-old during an underage knife sale test purchase by Birmingham City Council
