Birmingham areas with the highest Personal Independence Payment claims

The areas of Birmingham and the West Midlands with the highest rates of Personal Independence Payment (PIP) disability benefit claims have been revealed, with Birmingham Northfield topping the list at 13.5% of working-age residents — equating to more than 10,600 claimants.
