BIKO INQUEST: Apartheid police captain recalls ‘wrestling’ Biko during interrogation

Ex-apartheid captain Daniel Petrus Siebert told the reopened inquest that Steve Biko was wrestled and hit with a garden hose during his Gqeberha interrogation, but he couldn’t say if it caused Biko’s fatal injury.
