Bikers fined nearly £1000 after stopping for ice cream at popular tourist lake

A group of eight motorcyclists from Devon say they had to pay a total fine of £960 after twice stopping for ice creams at Llyn Tegid, Bala, Snowdonia, where new parking charges are in place
