Berko’s US conviction does not automatically establish Ghana bribery claims – OSP

The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) has cautioned against assuming that Asante Kwaku Berko’s conviction in the United States automatically establishes bribery allegations involving individuals in Ghana.
