'Beautiful' teenager dies with man, 23, arrested

Emergency services rushed to the scene at around 1.35am on Saturday, August 22, and Harriet was taken to hospital.Sadly, despite the best efforts of medical staff, she passed away four days later on Wednesday (August 26), reports Birmingham Live.
