Beacon of history returns: St. Thomas locomotive light finds new home

A significant piece of St. Thomas’ rich railway heritage, long thought lost, has returned to the city shedding new light on its industrial past. A historic headlight, once belonging to one of two locomotives actually assembled in St. Thomas, is now on display at the CASO Station, a testament to the city’s former prominence as a railway manufacturing hub.
