Barefoot bandit steals Taylor Swift cardboard cutout from SoCal ice cream shop in bizarre heist

Mister Softee of Southern California said that someone stole its Taylor Swift cardboard cutout from the company's Camarillo store in an Instagram post with video of the theft.
