The EGOT-winning legend is expanding her creative repertoire outside music and into children’s literature. Her debut picture book, And By the Way…, will arrive on bookstore shelves next spring, according to People. The book, which will be published by Flamingo Books (an imprint of Penguin Young Readers), tells the story of a loving grandparent and grandchild who spend the day together doing fun activities and adventures that lead to understanding some of life
