Barbers: Sub judice rule must apply to all, including VP Duterte

MANILA, Philippines — The sub judice rule must apply equally to everyone involved in the impeachment trial of Vice President Sara Duterte, including the respondent herself, former Rep. Robert Ace Barter, House prosecution panel adviser and spokesperson, said in a statement on Sunday. The sub judice rule, or Rule 18, must bind everyone involved in
