At least 16 people killed after bus crashes near tourist resort in Egypt

The fatal incident happened in the south Sinai region of Egypt this morning. The bus smashed on the Dahab-Nuweibaa highway, around 50 miles north of the resort town of Sharm el-Sheikh. Emergency services dispatched 20 ambulances to the scene, where the wounded were given first aid before being taken to the hospital. The 16 victims were all pronounced dead at the scene.
