As Jake Lang remains jailed, ‘Spider-Man’ gives his side of City Hall clash

The controversial Florida-based activist and a man dressed in a Spider-man costume were both arrested Saturday after they tussled in a pickup truck on a Minneapolis City Hall sidewalk.
