Around 50 municipalities in Portugal are under maximum fire risk

Around 50 municipalities in the interior of Portugal, in the districts of Vila Real, Viseu, Bragança, Guarda, Coimbra, Santarém, Portalegre, Castelo Branco and Faro, are at maximum risk of rural fire on 24 July, according to the Portuguese Institute of the Sea and the Atmosphere (IPMA).
