Armenia Signals Break With Russia-Led CSTO as Kremlin Says Yerevan Is ‘Free to Leave’

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said Yerevan has no plans to return to the Russia-led CSTO and would welcome being expelled from the alliance. The Kremlin responded that Armenia is free to leave, as Yerevan also moves toward a formal EU membership application.
