Appeals court: Judge who wiped out Bowe Bergdahl conviction lacked jurisdiction

A judge who vacated the conviction of former U.S. Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl in 2023 lacked jurisdiction to do so, a federal appeals court ruled.
