Appeal Court overturns judgement deregistering ADC, Accord, three other opposition political parties

The Court of Appeal judgement comes as a boost of confidence for ADC’s presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, and Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke who is seeking re-election on the Accord platform in the 15 August off-cycle governorship election in the state.
