Another day, another handout: Gavin Newsom’s EV rebate insults Californians

Once again, Gov. Gavin Newsom is dipping into Californians’ wallets to bankroll an electric-vehicle handout — this time a $3,500 “MyFirstEV” rebate for first-time buyers.
