The number of NEETs - not in education or employment or training - is sparking concerns among the Labour Party government.As such, Alan Milburn, Labour peer, has been tasked with creating the Milburn Review, which looks into the crisis and what can be done to tackle it. Going forward, teachers are set to be asked to spot those at risk of leaving education jobless at 16.The Guardian reports Milburn as saying: “The warning signs are there from a very early, early age.
