'An open wound': Nice commemorates 10 years since terror attack

French President Emmanuel Macron on Tuesday attended a solemn ceremony in Nice to mark the tenth anniversary of the July 14, 2016, terror attack on the city's Promenade des Anglais, which killed 86 people and injured more than 400. FRANCE 24's Mark Owen reports from Nice.
