Americans fighting brutal heat coast to coast

Coast-to-coast heat is scorching the southern U.S., with the temperature in Charleston, South Carolina, with a heat index of 113 degrees, while California's Death Valley was seeing a high of 118 degrees. Jason Allen reports from Phoenix, Arizona, which is also experiencing triple-digit heat.
