Amazon is removing humans form HR

Warehouses aren’t the only place robots are taking over at Amazon. The company is removing humans from its Human Resources. Employees are stuck in endless loops interacting with apps or kiosks instead of people and sometimes getting hurt while waiting for a human to help.
