‘Almost all’ senators, ‘except Lacson,’ ask for DPWH allocations – witness

MANILA, Philippines — “Almost all” senators — except Sen. Panfilo “Ping” Lacson — requested project allocations from former Public Works and Highways Secretary Manuel Bonoan, a state witness told the Sandiganbayan Third Division on Tuesday.
