All private schools, residential and junior colleges must participate in Haritha Vidyalaya rating initiative

State project director of Samagra Shiksha has urged all private management schools, residential colleges and junior colleges in Telangana to participate in the Swachh Evam Haritha Vidyalaya Rating (SHVR) 2026-27 initiative.A nationwide school assessment framework launched by the Ministry of Education, SHVR aims at promoting cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation, environmental sustainability, and a healthy learning atmosphere in all educational institutions.Under the programme, schools are required to sign up and login to the portal, https: //shvr. education.gov.in/, and fill in the self-assessment form.
