All Pangasinan towns, cities suspend classes due to TD Luis

CALASIAO, Pangasinan – All 44 Pangasinan towns and four cities have suspended face-to-face classes in public and private schools on Monday as the province is pummeled by heavy rains brought by tropical depression Luis and an enhanced southwest monsoon (habagat).
