Alia moves to upgrade Oju College of Education, revive Igumale Cement Factory

Governor Hyacinth Alia of Benue State has announced plans to upgrade the College of Education, Oju, into a more standard tertiary institution as part of efforts to expand access to quality education and create greater opportunities for youths in the state.
