Aklan sea trips cancelled due to adverse weather

ILOILO CITY — Several ferry trips linking Aklan with Oriental Mindoro and Batangas were cancelled Saturday, Aug. 8, as authorities warned of strong to gale-force winds associated with Tropical Cyclone “Dolphin.” The Philippine Coast Guard’s Coast Guard Station-Aklan issued three sea travel advisories during the day covering trips from the ports of Caticlan and Alegria.
