AIRPORT ARITHMETIC: Wikipedia cited in R411m PIC arbitration despite evidence of double-counted Lanseria airport income streams

An arbitration panel that found against the Public Investment Corporation (PIC) in a dispute that led to more than R432-million being paid to a Lanseria Airport investor cited Wikipedia to support its treatment of double counting, according to a draft forensic report.
