Airborne car becomes wedged in side of Brisbane bus
Police have launched an investigation after a car became wedged in the side of a bus in Brisbane's south.
Emergency services were called to the intersection of Beaudesert and Granard Roads in Rocklea at about 6:30pm yesterday, following reports a hatchback had become airborne and struck a Brisbane City Council bus.
The driver of the car was taken to hospital in shock. The bus driver was not hurt.
A Brisbane City Council spokeswoman confirmed there were no passengers on the bus at the time.
