Administrator of the Ghana Medical Trust Fund (GMTF), Obuobia Opoku-Darko, has recounted the financial difficulties she faced after losing the 2012 parliamentary election in the Weija-Gbawe Constituency, where she contested as the parliamentary candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
