After Diokno’s prod, CHED to meet groups over ‘strict’ CNU grooming

MANILA, Philippines — The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) chief will issue a memorandum to address the “strict” grooming policy of the Cebu Normal University (CNU), which a lawmaker said impinged on “gender fair” principles. CHED Commissioner Shirley Agrupis made this commitment to Akbayan party-list Rep. Chel Diokno during House appropriations committee hearing on Thursday.
