After 30 years in service, physically challenged retired Lagos LG chief cries over unpaid benefits

A retired Head of Administration and Human Resources at Kosofe Local Government Area of Lagos State, Michael Olawale Odesanya, has lamented the delay in the payment of his retirement benefits after serving the local government system for 30 years.
