After 13 straight nominations, South Jersey’s Mark Tatulli has won the nation’s biggest cartoon award

Tatulli, of comic strips “Liō” and “Heart of the City,” finally won the Reuben, joining the likes of the late Philly native and “Pogo” creator Walt Kelly, “Peanuts” creator Charles Schulz, and more.
