Afghan migrant suspected in killing Scottish aid worker, stuffing body in suitcase appears in court

Police escorted the Afghan migrant accused of killing Scottish aid worker Elisabeth Jane Ross and hiding her body in a suitcase to court on Wednesday after he was charged with murder and robbery.
