Acosta can’t remember secret funds given to Duterte in Davao

MANILA, Philippines — Former special disbursing officer (SDO) Gina Acosta has maintained that she cannot remember the confidential funds (CF) allocated to Vice President Sara Duterte when she was still Davao City mayor from 2019 to 2022 — despite these reported instances being less than a decade ago. During the resumption of Duterte’s impeachment trial on
