ACC seeks Youth and Sports Ministry records in probe involving Asif Mahmud

The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has sought records and documents concerning the recruitment, promotion and transfer of officials and employees under the Ministry of Youth and Sports during the tenure of former interim government adviser Asif Mahmud Shojib Bhuyain.The anti-graft watchdog has also requested records concerning the assignment, cancellation of acting responsibilities, and postings of 38 upazila youth development officers.A letter signed by ACC Deputy Director and investigation team leader Md Zahid Kalam was sent to the ministry secretary today, asking for the information by September 10.
