A48 closed near Pyle after vehicle fire

From the A4106 roundabout to the Pyle roundabout, the road was also down to one lane.As a result, drivers were advised to avoid the area and use alternative routes where possible. The road reopened around 7pm.A spokesperson from South Wales Police said: "We're at the scene of a vehicle fire on the A48 Bridgend."Both lanes of the dual carriageway are currently closed from the Pyle junction of Stormy Down to the junction of A4106."From the roun
