The National Organiser of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Henry Nana Boakye, has criticised the State’s handling of the appeal involving former Chief Executive Officer of the Microfinance and Small Loans Centre (MASLOC), Sedina Tamakloe-Attionu, claiming that a weak defence contributed to the Court of Appeal’s decision to acquit and discharge her.
