‘A risk of injury’: Toronto, parts of GTA under severe thunderstorm warning

Meteorologists at Environment Canada say they’re tracking a severe thunderstorm, that is capable of producing strong wind gusts, up to quarter-size hail, and heavy rain in parts of Durham and York regions.
