A.P., U.K. sign MoU to strengthen urban infrastructure, develop Amaravati as liveable capital
Andhra Pradesh and United Kingdom authorities exchange an MoU at the Secretariat in Velagapudi on Tuesday in the presence of Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister P. Narayana. The Andhra Pradesh government and the United Kingdom government on Tuesday signed an MoU to strengthen cooperation in urban development and infrastructure, with a focus on developing Amaravati as a liveable capital.The agreement was signed at the Secretariat in Velagapudi by Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department Principal Secretary Suresh Kumar and Chaz Walia, Deputy Director, Government Partnerships, UK Department for Business and Trade, in the presence of Minister P. Narayana and senior officials.Under the partnership, the two governments will collaborate on infrastructure plan
