A Bucks County man who allegedly killed his girlfriend, abandoned her body, and fled to Honduras, is charged with murder

Darwin David Espinal del Cid stabbed Maria Popol to death after she broke up with him in March and moved out of the apartment they shared, according to Bucks County District Attorney Joe Khan.
